It really does not, i think you don't exactly understand how exploits work and how Windows Defender flags them.
 
I downloaded the file multiple times and ran it through Windows Defender, Hitmanpro, Malwarebytes and even fkn Avira. They all flagged it as containing Wacatac. How exactly does it 'really not'?

Oh and I was literally asked to use it, by fate.ovh, on GTA. I gotta admit it's smart setting up a bank account in the Netherlands instead of belgium, probably not even in your real name. Doesn't exactly make it legal.
 
The menu is not a Trojan, it's flagged as one by many anti virus software, those are false positives, why would i as the developer & owner have a paid product that contains malware? that doesn't make any sense, you don't understand how it works.

Edit: if you're having issues with usage, you can exclude both the Launcher & Bin folder (located in %appdata%/Fate) from your anti virus.
 
Every single gta mod menu will be detected as wacatac, not even just gta mod menus, gta mods (rage plugin hook) and mod menus for other games
