Terms of Service

Welcome to fate.ovh (Fate for GTA V). This document outlines the rules and expectations for interacting with our community and using our services. By using our forum and associated services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Account Sharing

We don't allow you to share your Forum Account or License key; doing either of those will result in a permanent ban from all of our services.

Advertising

While we allow you to promote Fate in-game, we do not condone mass advertising. If Fate is injected while you are repeatedly advertising, you will be automatically banned.

Community Discord

We have an official Discord server for community interaction. A ban from our Discord server does not equate to a ban from Fate. However, any attempts to circumvent a Discord server ban will lead to a ban from Fate.

Unauthorized Reselling

Selling your license key or forum account is prohibited. If you are found reselling or attempting to resell your account, you will be banned from our services.

Reverse Engineering

Any attempts to reverse-engineer Fate are strictly forbidden. Actions such as attaching a debugger to the game with Fate injected will result in punitive measures, including a ban. Additionally, refrain from having applications running in the background that contain a debugger. Violations will result in consequences.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.
