Discord FAQ's
Why do I need to authenticate via fate.ovh to join the Discord server?
- Our Discord server is private; only "customers" are allowed to join. Invite links are disabled. This is why you need to authenticate via fate.ovh & Discord's API to be able to join our server.
Launcher FAQ's
Why can't I open the launcher or inject the mod menu?
- Opening the launcher has no effect: This is often caused by your antivirus software blocking the launcher. To resolve this, you need to exclude the launcher from your antivirus program. Follow the steps provided in the "How do I exclude Fate from my antivirus program?" section below.
- The mod menu is not injecting: Ensure that the "Fate.dll" file exists inside the "Bin" folder. You can verify this by clicking "Open Fate Folder" in the launcher to check if "Fate.dll" is present.
Fate FAQ's
I don't know how to authenticate and start using Fate
- After injecting Fate, you will be prompted with a "Credentials" option. This is a single input field where you should enter both your username and password. For example, if your username is "GoddessZex" and your password is "Password999", enter your credentials as "GoddessZex;Password999".
Note: You must have a valid license key associated with your account. If you haven't already redeemed it, you can do so here.
Why is my menu not rendering any text?
- This is most likely because you are running GTA V in fullscreen. Restart your game and make sure you're using Windowed Borderless.
Why does my menu "look like shit" (lmao)
- If your menu "looks like shit," you are most likely not playing in the recommended resolution (1920x1080). This may cause icons, images, tabs, etc., to look bugged out or mispositioned.
Is Fate detected or bannable?
- Your chance of getting banned with Fate is the same as with any other menu out there.
Why is Fate flagged as a virus or trojan?
- Fate is often flagged by antivirus programs as a virus or trojan due to its nature as a mod menu. These detections are false positives. The mod menu alters game files and downloads additional content to provide its features, which can be misinterpreted by antivirus software as malicious behavior.
